Ronit Alper is one of the most prominent attorneys specializing in planning and construction in Israel, with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors.
Ronit served as the Central District Appeals Committee for planning and construction from 2015 until 2022.
During her years in office, she issued hundreds of decisions on taxation issues, compensation plans, urban plans, and permit applications, including urban renewal projects.
Her decisions often generated broad public attention, praised by the professional community, and approved by the highest appeals courts.
Prior to her public office, she served a partner and head of the planning and construction department at a leading attorney's office. There she led complex, high-profile cases that even reached the Supreme Court on several occasions.
